Role Overview:

As a key member of Cryptonow’s Finance Team, you will help drive accurate financial reporting, planning, and analysis to support our mission: simplifying crypto for every customer. Working from our finance hub in Baar, Switzerland (hybrid model), you’ll collaborate closely with other departments—Operations, Compliance, Legal and Technology—to underpin strategic decisions and support our expansion across Europe. Your role is instrumental in ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and continued business growth in a regulated crypto‑fintech environment.

You’ll execute core finance functions including month‑end close, forecasting, budgeting and liquidity planning, plus implementing dashboards and process improvements. You will become deeply familiar with digital asset products, retail partnerships and internal process flows so you can anticipate and solve financial challenges in a fast‑paced, regulated company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or actively support monthly and annual financial closing, including P&L and balance sheet
• Maintain and refine forecasting, budgeting and liquidity planning, including working‑capital allocation
• Conduct account analyses and reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies
• Support the development or enhancement of a finance dashboard for real-time business insights
• Contribute to financial controlling processes, ensuring visibility into key cash cycles
• Assist with annual financial statement preparation and reporting tasks
• Identify areas for process optimization and automation, helping scale finance operations as the company grows
• Participate in regulatory reporting or audit support as needed, supporting overall compliance efforts.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related
• At least 1–3 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting, preferably in fintech or regulated environments
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Very strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers and financial systems
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast‑growing, regulated crypto environment
• Proactive mindset and passion for contributing to a culture committed to simplicity, boldness and growth
