Job Description - Coffee Business Manager

Join FELFEL and take our coffee experience to the next level. We’re looking for a coffee-savvy, business-driven doer to own and scale FELFEL’s coffee offering. This is your chance to shape the future of coffee at workplaces across Switzerland!

Take full ownership of FELFEL’s coffee business, including its overall strategy and performance.
Define and manage the sourcing strategy for high-quality coffee beans and related products.
Continuously explore and introduce new coffee related products and service enhancements.
Develop and implement innovative, customer-focused strategies to drive (sales) growth and market expansion.
Develop and execute compelling go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings.
Ensure optimal coffee operations through proactive, hands-on problem-solving, maintaining quality and uptime.
Lead key cross-functional projects from initial ideation through to successful rollout.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing) and external partners.

Deep coffee knowledge combined with a sharp sales instinct and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Genuine passion for building, improving, and scaling initiatives, along with a spirit for celebrating team achievements with great coffee.
Strategic thinking coupled with a hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic approach to execution.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, skillfully managing priorities and consistently delivering high-quality results on schedule.
Talent for simplifying complexity and aligning teams on clear priorities and timelines to drive progress.
Aptitude for rapid iteration based on data and user feedback, with an unwavering focus on customer experience.
Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
Non-smoker: You don’t smell like cigarettes and don’t smoke during the day; after all, FELFEL is about healthy living.
Swiss or EU/EFTA work permit.
