Customer Project Manager 100% (d/m/f)

We support our clients in developing differentiated, stable, usable, and safe injectable treatments for patients.We are looking for a Customer Project Manager to manage the entire project cycle.

Your responsibilities will include,  

• Coordinating the contracted deliverables of assigned customer program with internal project team members. Organizing external kick-off and alignment with the scope of work.
• Coordinating hand over from development labs to production site or from one to the other project circle, e.g. from development to commercial project circle.
• Owing customer relationship, i.e., collaborating with customer in proactive & strategic manner. Acting as primary point of contact for customer. Leading the joint customer project team meeting.
• Ensuring any issues or risks are managed proactively and if required escalated internally at ten23 and/or to a joint steering meeting with the customer. Performing and sharing of lesson learned and evaluating areas of improvements.
• Coordinating the regulatory and submission process, in liaison with Customer (project specific). Tracking the writing or review of regulatory dossiers of our customers with the internal team.
• Initiating of invoices of executed Work Packages. Reporting completed revenues and revenue outlook.
• Initiating of scope changes in collaboration with respective departments to estimate efforts and thus related extra-costs. Requesting approval for suggested pricing from BD.
• Ensuring good internal stakeholder management, e.g., with BD and Finance.
• Sharing best practice and alignment with other PM’s.

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, drug development process and clinical monitoring procedures.
• Clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage time and work independently.
• Ability to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
• Flexibility and the ability to mentor and manage new staff and to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment.
