Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Portuguese speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken; English proficiency is also required.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
