About the job

You will serve as the primary operational lead for a time -limited project exploring the creation of a new, sustainable international cybersecurity capacity building cooperation mechanism. You will work with significant autonomy under the strategic oversight of a Programme Lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project management and coordination: develop and maintain the work plan, budget -tracking tool, and stakeholder engagement log; manage relationships with facilitators and short -term experts; identify and escalate risks.
  
• Design and conduct stakeholder consultations using mixed methodology (online surveys, focus groups, key informant interviews) to identify objectives and governance models for a future cybersecurity capacity building cooperation community.
  
• Provide coordination support to community -led initiatives; set up and manage cooperation platforms; coordinate logistics for online and in -person meetings.
  
• Draft and finalize key project deliverables including a Report on Needs, Opportunities and Risks and a Concept for a Future Cybersecurity Capacity Cooperation mechanism; produce meeting documentation and a final narrative project report.
