As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating the visibility and impact of the brand across multiple channels. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media and digital campaigns, and supporting events and partner communications. Your work will transform complex topics into clear, compelling messaging, helping the organization connect with its audience and strengthen its market presence. This role combines creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking, offering opportunities to take ownership of projects, influence marketing strategy, and contribute to overall business growth. Accountabilities
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels
- Develop and maintain content for social media, newsletters, websites, and success stories
- Create graphics, videos, and other engaging materials that effectively communicate the brand message
- Support internal and external events, from planning to execution
- Collaborate with customer relationship and partner management teams to enhance engagement
- Contribute to lead generation and lead qualification efforts
- Continuously improve marketing processes, workflows, and campaign effectiveness
- Commercial or academic background in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Several years of professional experience in marketing or communications
- Strong interest in cybersecurity or a technical background in IT is highly desirable
- Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious work style with a quick learning ability
- Flexible, resilient, and able to think in interconnected ways
- Self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and verbal
