Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with German-speaking customers to provide tailored product information and support.
• Identify and follow up on potential sales leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a premium sales experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features.
• Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement sales initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken; fluent in English is an advantage.
• Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role are a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
