Job Description - German Customer Support for a New Online Payment Platform - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for a German Customer Support Representative to join a cutting-edge online payment platform team based in Greece. This role is perfect for tech-savvy individuals fluent in German who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in the fintech industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding the online payment platform.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting related to payment services.
  • Ensure timely resolution of problems to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about fintech trends and platform updates to guide customers effectively.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
