Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in German through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with different teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system for ongoing service improvement.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
