In this key position, you will be the primary point of contact for a curated portfolio of new and promising clients. This will, in turn, drive high product adoption, significantly reduce client churn, and uncover new avenues for growth. What You'll Do

• Client Success Leadership: Take charge of the client success journey by overseeing the entire onboarding process for all new accounts. This involves the strategic design and flawless execution of high-performing PPC campaigns that are built to deliver both rapid, tangible results and long-term sustainability.
• Proactive Engagement: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with prospective clients. Your core mission is to gain a deep understanding of their unique business needs and objectives, and then to present and sell tailored solutions that are the ideal fit for their growth strategy.
• Driving Revenue: You will be directly responsible for expanding client accounts by increasing their spending and proactively identifying strategic upselling opportunities. Your efforts will be crucial to unlocking significant revenue streams within the highly lucrative German market.
• Data Integrity: You will maintain and update a comprehensive customer database with all relevant information. This work is vital for ensuring data integrity, which provides a solid foundation for business intelligence and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Bring

• Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master's degree in Marketing or Communications is considered a significant advantage. You must have at least two years of experience in a sales or marketing role, with a proven track record of successful client-facing interactions, especially in high-stakes environments.
• Language Proficiency: You are a professional communicator with native-level or C2 proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken. You have the ability to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to a diverse audience.
