Do you want to create more than just beautiful layouts? Do you want to shape, develop, and bring a brand to life? Then we’re looking for you – right here in Kreuzlingen/Bottighofen.

That’s why we’re looking for a creative mind to join our marketing team – an experienced designer who will help shape the visual identity of BLACKROLL. Someone with strategic thinking and a strong sense of creative freedom.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceptualization, design, and execution of print and digital creatives – both for day-to-day business and small-scale campaigns
Coordination and support in managing external partners (agencies, freelancers)
Close collaboration with the Creative Director, Brand & Content team, B2B Marketing, and E-commerce teams
Support visual consistency across channels (guidelines, templates, corporate design checks)
Independently manage design requests from various departments
Maintain and organize visual assets (e.g. images, icons) for internal teams and stakeholders

You bring around 5 years of design experience – ideally from an agency or in-house team.
You have strong creative skills and a good sense for brand identity and tone of voice.
You’re confident working with Adobe Creative Cloud – especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
You work in a structured, independent way and like to take responsibility.
You’re experienced in working with brand guidelines and CI/CD systems.
You’re curious about brand development, design processes and long-term design consistency.
You’re communicative and open – both within your team and when collaborating with external partners.
Nice to have: You’re familiar with DAM systems, PowerPoint templates, AI tools or UX/UI topics.
