Your mission
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing export shipments, managing freight documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will serve as a key point of contact between our company, customers, and freight forwarders, contributing to smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, coordinate, and monitor domestic and cross-border road freight shipments, including full truckloads (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) transfers
- Manage local and regional street freight and last-mile delivery operations
- Prepare shipping and freight documentation, including customs clearance paperwork
- Maintain active communication with customers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Track and manage delivery schedules, issue invoices upon delivery, and handle accounts receivable
- Oversee and take full responsibility for warehouse management activities
- Perform general administrative duties related to logistics and supply chain operations
