Kaseware, a dynamic and rapidly growing leader in investigative and security software, is seeking a seasoned and visionary Practice Lead to spearhead our expansion in Europe. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader to build and scale a world-class practice, driving the adoption of our cutting-edge solutions by government and corporate clients.

Founded by former FBI special agents, Kaseware offers a sophisticated, all-in-one platform that empowers organizations to manage both routine cases and complex investigations, streamline operations, and enhance security. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a strategic and results-oriented individual to build upon an already significant presence in Europe.

As the Practice Lead, you will be at the forefront of our regional growth, responsible for building a successful sales and service delivery organization. You will leverage your extensive experience to sell the Kaseware solution to high-level government and corporate decision-makers, lead a cross-functional team, and lay the groundwork for scalable and sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Personally lead and close complex sales cycles with government agencies (law enforcement, intelligence, military) and Fortune 500 corporate security departments.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team encompassing sales, professional services, customer support, and account management. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture aligned with Kaseware’s mission.
  • Practice Building & Scaling: Establish and grow the practice in Europe. Develop and implement scalable processes for service delivery, customer onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • P&L Management: Own the profit and loss for the regional practice, managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring the financial health and growth of the operation.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the global leadership team to refine and execute the go-to-market strategy for the region. Provide valuable market feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • C-Level Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders within client and partner organizations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions to government and/or large corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with a history of building and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Verifiable experience in scaling a business or practice, including developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing partner relationships with large system integrators, VARs, and third party buyers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • A strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the security, intelligence, or law enforcement sectors.
  • A deep understanding of investigative processes, case management, or threat intelligence.
  • An established network of contacts within government or corporate security circles in Europe.
  • Proficiency in several European languages is highly desirable.

Due to the nature of our business, you must be able to pass a full CJIS compliant fingerprint based background check, which is required for individuals needing access to criminal justice information (CJI).
