QC Project Lead 100% (f/m/d)

We support our clients in developing differentiated, stable, usable, and safe injectable treatments for patients.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QC Project Lead to become an integral part of our dynamic team in Visp. In this pivotal role, you will champion our customer projects within the Quality Control unit.
 
Your responsibilities will include,  

• Taking ownership of and drive customer-centric projects within the Quality Control department, ensuring their successful execution from initiation to completion.
• Being the primary point of contact, you will cultivate strong communication channels and collaborative partnerships between the QC team and our clients, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for seamless coordinating all QC-related activities, both within our internal teams and with our external partners, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
• Proactively managing and organizing project activities involving both internal and external laboratories, guaranteeing that testing and analysis are conducted promptly and effectively.
• Being pivotal in the creation, thorough review, and timely release of essential Quality Control documentation pertaining to manufacturing campaigns and batch release processes, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Serving as a valuable resource, offering support and expertise to the entire QC team and the broader project team across a diverse range of topics and challenges.
• Actively participating in ongoing initiatives aimed at optimizing and further developing our QC procedures, working methodologies, and overall processes, contributing to enhanced efficiency and quality.

We are looking for someone with:

• Degree in microbiology, biochemistry, pharmacy or similar
• Experience in a QC laboratory ideally as well as in a GMP-regulated environment
• Experience in project leadership
• Confident and professional communicator in English, with a basic knowledge of German and a strong desire to improve in both languages.
• Capable of working independently and efficiently, while also being a collaborative team player who values interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Proactive in contributing ideas and willing to take on responsibility.
• Highly flexible and adaptable when it comes to problem-solving.
