We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead solution marketing and science communication in the quantum computing field. This role will shape content strategy, develop technical marketing assets, and communicate complex quantum concepts to a sophisticated audience. You will engage directly with both technical and executive stakeholders, contributing to thought leadership and driving awareness of cutting-edge quantum control solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence how emerging quantum technologies are presented to the market, combining storytelling, technical expertise, and digital marketing. Collaboration with marketing, product, R&D, and sales teams is key, while representing the organization at conferences, webinars, and partner events. This role provides a unique blend of scientific rigor, creativity, and strategic impact in a fast-evolving, global environment.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the content strategy and editorial voice across all channels to educate and engage a technically sophisticated audience.
- Create technical marketing materials, including whitepapers, datasheets, solution briefs, blog posts, videos, and training resources.
- Develop digital and social copy for platforms such as LinkedIn, Bluesky, and YouTube to amplify reach and impact.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, including personal branding and account-based marketing content.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, representing the company at conferences, webinars, and partner events.
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops to track, analyze, and optimize content performance.
- Engage with customers and prospects to inform marketing strategy and ensure messaging resonates with target audiences.
- PhD in Quantum Physics or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of experimental quantum physics and/or computing experience.
- Experience with superconducting or spin qubits is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in technical communication and storytelling.
- Exceptional written and spoken English; confident public speaker for conferences and webinars.
- Passion for marketing, science communication, and content creation.
- Active user of professional social channels (LinkedIn, Bluesky, YouTube).
- Highly collaborative, able to work seamlessly with Marketing, Product, R&D, and Sales teams.
