We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic and cross-functional team in the field of high-speed photonics. You will play a key role in the development, testing, and reliability analysis of photonic integrated circuits and plasmonic modulators. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, identifying failure mechanisms and implementing solutions, which ensure the optimal performance and reliability of products.
Reliability Testing: Plan and execute industry-standard reliability tests, such as accelerated life and environmental stress testing for product lifecycle under real-world application conditions.
Lifetime prediction: Perform data analysis for reliability trends and lifetime prediction.
Root Cause Analysis: Identify failure mechanisms using industry tools. Work with other engineers and project leaders on failure analysis during product development and manufacturing.
Cross-Functional Teams Collaboration: Cooperate with the development team to monitor and execute reliability validation plans for new photonic integrated circuit products, aligning with product characteristics and customer requirements. Develop and implement Design for Reliability (DfR) exercises, including identifying design risks through DFMEA.
Documentation and Reporting: Visualize results and write detailed reliability testing reports. Prepare comprehensive executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership: Manage own tasks and projects within the process engineering team. Manage expectations of different stakeholders. Supports testing team in development and maintenance of infrastructure.
