Job Description - Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Purpose

As the Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis, you will not only lead the financial planning process of the Company, but will also assist in purchase to pay operations.

Key accountabilities:

Lead financial planning processes, development of detailed budget and financial forecasts, including collaborating with senior management members of the respective functions.
Consolidate, analyze and summarize data from inputs coming from business partners for management reporting.
Track quarterly financial reports, analyzing differences between results and original budget, in costs and headcount (and sales in the future when we commercialize).
Drive productivity improvements of FP&A tasks and company activities.
Oversee P2P operations, including contracts and PO Management, invoice processing and travel & expense management.
Manage and ensure development of a team of FP&A and P2P professionals.

Your profile

Education:

University degree in Finance or Business

Experience:

6 to 10 years of experience in FP&A Roles.
Experience in SAP or Oracle, or other EPM systems.
Good understanding financial reporting concepts, US GAAP knowledge is a plus

Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:

Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of using data tools to drive decision-making and managing large pools of data in Excel.
Proactive communication style with the ability to build/foster relationships with business partners.
Excellent written and verbal English skills, along with quantitative, interper-sonal, and analytical skills.

Work Location:

2 days a week in our brand new Porto Office.
