Senior Manager Tax Compliance

As the Senior Manager Tax Compliance you will ensure global tax compliance, manage transfer pricing, oversee tax reporting, and advise on tax implications for business initiatives.

Key accountabilities:

• Supervise tax reporting to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Own the preparation and filing of annual tax returns.
• Liaise with external tax advisors and provide support during tax audits.
• Design and maintain global tax strategy in collaboration with senior management.
• Ensure global compliance with transfer pricing (TP) tax regulations.
• Ownership of Masterfile documentation and other relevant TP documentation.
• Monitor tax and customs law changes.
• Support strategic initiatives and provide advise to the business from a tax perspective.

Education: 

• University degree in Finance or Business

Experience:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in areas described.
• Proven track record of success with strong analytical and cross-functional project management experience.
• Experience with the Swiss Principal Tax model is highly desirable, knowledge of US tax system a strong plus.

Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex tax issues to non-tax professionals.

Work Location:

• 2 days a week in our Zug Office
