We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager Flavourings (Food & Beverage) to help us prepare for the next growth phase. As one of the first joiners of the Swiss satellite, you will have an impact on top-level decisions and gain extensive insights into a rapidly growing international company. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and eager individual interested in building and working on an exciting new project. In our core team of flavourist, application, sensory and research experts, you will exceed customer expectations with our flavourings and services in close collaboration with the regional account executives.
Develop a clear, market- and segment-focused product vision to align everyone around common goals.
Ensure the flavourings meet market needs and deliver value.
Evaluate and improve the portfolio to keep our flavourings competitive and relevant.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, teams and stakeholders.
10+ years of proven work experience in a senior product management role.
Degree from a top university in engineering and management or equivalent work experience.
Strong understanding of market research and consumer behaviour.
Excellent project management skills, strong in lateral management tasks.
Excellent English language skills and willingness to frequently visit our international hubs.
Experience in flavour, fragrance or speciality ingredient business.
Knowledge in food processing technology.
Experience in trend management.
International experience.
