This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in Switzerland.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects across Europe, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, and serve as the primary point of contact for European clients. This role requires balancing multiple priorities, mitigating risks, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency. You will play a central part in shaping project strategies, optimizing workflows, and contributing to a culture of excellence in a fully remote, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
Accountabilities
- Plan, execute, and manage localization and language services projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams, including internal resources and external vendors, to achieve project objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for European clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring continuity and smooth project delivery
- Continuously refine project management processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive successful outcomes
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the localization, language services, or related industry
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and distributed team environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and proactive risk management
