Job Description - Senior Projektleitung Bauingenieurwesen (m/w/d)

You are part of a team that takes on exciting projects across nearly all disciplines of civil engineering on the client side. This includes maintaining and modernizing over 400 structural facilities in the region as well as implementing new construction projects.
As part of the large-scale WGSPlus project, which involves the development of new pumped-storage power plants, your main responsibility as Project Manager will be within the subproject HäusernPlus.
You coordinate specialist planners and contribute your professional experience and the interests of the plant operator to the tender planning. You are responsible for the quality of the tender documents for the construction lots and accompany the bidder discussions through to contract award.
Starting in 2027, during the implementation phase, you will take on the role of Project Manager, ensuring quality standards and occupational safety while keeping economic and scheduling constraints in mind.

A completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent qualifications in the construction field acquired by other means.
At least 5 years of professional experience with large-scale construction projects, ideally in the fields of hydraulic engineering, civil engineering or industrial construction.
Analytical skills to assess complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong team orientation, goal focus, and commitment.
Class B driving license.
From 2027 onward, predominantly on-site presence at the construction site in Häusern is required.
