Rippling Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Rippling specialist to lead the implementation — or completion — of three core modules: HR Management, Recruiting, and IT Management. Our team is small (fewer than 20 full -time and around 10 part -time employees), so we need someone who understands the needs of SMEs and can deliver a clean, pragmatic setup without overengineering it.

You will assess our current Rippling setup, identify what's missing, and bring all three modules to a fully operational state — efficiently and within a manageable scope of work.

Requirements

• Hands -on experience implementing Rippling, ideally for SMEs
  
• Familiarity with the HR Management, Recruiting, and IT Management modules
  
• Pragmatic, structured working style with a focus on getting things done
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal hand -holding
  
• Fluent in English (required), German is a strong plus
