Risk Officer

• Assisting with the execution and monitoring of the firm's risk management framework across operational, investment, financial, strategic and reputational risks.
  


• Performing recurring risk controls and ensuring accurate documentation.
  


• Maintaining and enhancing existing automated controls using Python and other digital tools.
  


• Participating in process automation, workflow improvements and technology-related projects.
  


• Supporting reporting activities and contributing to the development of more efficient internal processes.
  


• Collaborating with various stakeholders to strengthen risk awareness and operational efficiency.
  


• Taking ownership of projects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• Initial experience in Risk Management, Banking, Asset Management, Audit or Consulting is an advantage but not essential.
  


• Good understanding of the main risk categories within an asset management environment.
  


• Python skills or a strong willingness to develop programming capabilities.
  


• Curious, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  


• Fluent French and English mandatory
