Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Deputy CEO, you will contribute to the firm's risk management activities while also supporting broader business improvement initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine risk management with process optimization and technology projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the execution and monitoring of the firm's risk management framework across operational, investment, financial, strategic and reputational risks.
Performing recurring risk controls and ensuring accurate documentation.
Maintaining and enhancing existing automated controls using Python and other digital tools.
Participating in process automation, workflow improvements and technology-related projects.
Supporting reporting activities and contributing to the development of more efficient internal processes.
Collaborating with various stakeholders to strengthen risk awareness and operational efficiency.
Taking ownership of projects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Initial experience in Risk Management, Banking, Asset Management, Audit or Consulting is an advantage but not essential.
Good understanding of the main risk categories within an asset management environment.
Python skills or a strong willingness to develop programming capabilities.
Curious, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent French and English mandatory
