Our client is a human-sized Swiss private ban based in Geneva with an international clientele. In order to support their growth, they are looking to recruit a Bilingual Relationship Manager Assistant.

Your Mission and Contribution

•   Handle account openings, client onboarding in collaboration with the compliance teams
  


• Assist the Senior Relationship manager in the day-to-day tasks and handling administrative issues
  


• Organise the Relationship Manager’s agenda and business trips Administer the end-to-end account-opening process
  


• Execute client orders across all asset classes
  


• Secure strict follow-up of documentation (pending items, middle office etc)
  


• Process workflow requests in the systems
  

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within a Swiss Bank
  


• Bilingual English and French
  


• Understand client documentation and internal processes of a bank
  


• Familiar with regulatory dimensions
  


• Excellent written and oral communication
  


• Reliable and resilient with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to multi-tasks
  


• Solutions oriented and proactive mindset
  


• Excellent command of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other useful tools.
  


• Olympic experience is an asset.
  


• Swiss residency required.
