Ihr Einsatz

Aufgabenbereich:

  • Unterstützen von Projektleitern in administrativen und organisatorischen Angelegenheiten
  • Verwaltung der internen Kommunikationskanäle
  • Betreuung der Stammdaten
  • Planung von internen Anlässen und Events
  • Verwaltung von wichtigen Terminen
Ihr Profil

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sie sind selbstständig und zuverlässig
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Stilsicher in Deutsch und gute Französischkenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem Excel und Word
