Role Overview: As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You'll inspire them, deliver excellent service, and maintain high standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the products in the store.
• Merchandising: Maintain merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current trends and the brand's position in the market.
• Operational Procedures: Follow all operational procedures in the store and stockroom.

Qualifications:

• Customer Interaction: Enjoy interacting with customers and set a positive example for the team.
• Attitude: Demonstrate a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Brand Passion: Be passionate about the brand, fashion, and retail in general.
• Flexibility: Availability to work accordingly to the center's opening (weekends and holidays)
• Guiding Principles: Live with integrity, act courageously, be curious, act with empathy, and persevere.

Communication proficiency in: English and Germa. Any other language is welcome.
