Percassi is an Italian leader in the development and management of franchised commercial networks of major brands such as Gucci, Armani Exchange, Saint Laurent, Nike, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, LEGO, Garmin for the fashion-beauty and Starbucks in the Food & beverage industry. It also operates in the Real Estate with the development of important projects at commercial and management level.

Our Sales Assistants are the first ambassadors of the brand. They have a 360° view of the store and are responsible for delivering the best possible customer experience. They take care of the assisted sales and contribute to the boost of sales by maintaining the correct positioning of the product consistent with the brand Visual Merchandising guidelines; they are in charge of the order and cleaning of the shop and warehouse.

What you need to have:

- Proactivity and energy, willingness to work in a close-knit and energetic team

- Curiosity and passion for the retail in order to deliver to our customers a unique Customer Experience

- German native level speaker and good knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages is considered a plus)

- Previous experience in retail is preferable
