Starting September 1, 2026, or by mutual agreement, we are looking for a talented and flexible Sales Associate (40%) - Wednesdays & Saturdays to join our team at Globus Lausanne.

Your Responsibilities
Inspire our customers with an exceptional level of comfort through innovative fabrics, outstanding fits and expert product knowledge.
Passionately represent and sell the INA KESS collection, always placing the customer at the heart of every interaction.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships across all relevant channels, including WhatsApp, phone, and in-store interactions.
Ensure that the sales area always reflects the premium image and visual identity of INA KESS.
Manage administrative tasks including order processing, inventory management, customer returns and stock administration.
Contribute proactively to continuous evolution of INA KESS by identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing innovative ideas.
Support the planning and execution of in-store events and local marketing initiatives.
Your Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably within the premium or luxury sector.
A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, flexible, and hands-on approach.
Authentic, confident, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills and a warm and confident presence.
Fluent in French and English; additional languages are considered an asset.
