Luxury Experts is currently recruiting several Sales Associates (m/w) on behalf of an internationally recognised Lifestyle brand for one of its boutiques in the greater Zurich area.

Your Mission

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll welcome customers, bring the brand to life and actively contribute to the success of the boutique through exceptional service and strong sales performance.

Your Responsibilities

•       Welcome, advise and engage with customers

•       Deliver an outstanding shopping experience

•       Drive sales and contribute to boutique targets

•       Maintain excellent product presentation and visual merchandising

•       Handle cash desk operations and daily boutique activities

•       Support stock management and deliveries

•       Perform after-sales services (SAV)

Your Profile

•       Previous experience in retail sales or customer service

•       Strong interest for watches & jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or design-driven brands

•       Positive, energetic and customer-focused personality

•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•       Team player with a hands-on attitude

•       Fluent German and good English skills

•       French or any additional language is an advantage
