Job Description - Sales Operations Specialist

Specialists in the recruitment and selection of permanent and temporary personnel in various economic sectors, we have been existing in Switzerland for over 60 years with more than 300 employees in more than 40 branches. 
For an important company, we are looking for the following profile: Sales Operations Specialist

 Your mission
Tasks:

•    Assistance and collaboration with the Partnerships Team to address various requests and provide comprehensive support
•    Assisting the sales team in planning promotions and contribute to the creation of complex offerings to enhance sales strategies 
•    Innovation and development new processes, as well as improve existing procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the sales operations
•    Utilization KPIs, statistics, and reports to monitor and assess the performance of the sales team. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
•    Identification, prioritization, and drive initiatives that address the diverse needs of all teams within the organization, fostering collaboration and efficiency
•    Undertake various administrative responsibilities to support the smooth functioning of the sales operations and partnerships
•    Actively participate in cross-functional projects by representing the Sales Operations Team, bringing in the unique requirements of the team, and ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments
•    Working closely with different teams to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring that the Sales Operations Team is aligned with organizational goals and objectives
•    Implementation and execution control tasks to ensure that all processes within the sales operations align with established directives and comply with relevant standards. This includes regularly auditing and evaluating workflows to identify areas for improvement and adherence to guidelines

 Your profile

Requirements/Skills:
•    Exceptional proficiency in German, Italian, and English. Knowledge of French is a plus
•    Ability to adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of different departments and contribute effectively in diverse scenarios
•    Proficient in MS Office, particularly skilled in working with xlsx and pptx formats
•    Demonstrated ability to think procedurally and implement structured approaches to problem-solving
•    Strong troubleshooting abilities to address challenges and find effective solutions in a timely manner
•    Capability to develop a wide range of skills by handling diverse and constantly shifting responsibilities
