Job Description - Sales Specialist ID Biscoff


In this role, you will support the management and development of commercial partnerships across International Distributors (ID), the Duty Free channel and International Wholesalers, with the objective of further growing and strengthening the Lotus Biscoff brand internationally. You will report directly to the Director ID Biscoff Global Partnerships, Duty Free Global & International Wholesalers.


The role focuses on three key areas:



  1. Providing comprehensive operational support in the day-to-day management of our duty-free customers and international wholesalers:





    • You will support the growth of Lotus Biscoff in duty free by maintaining and developing point-of-sale and distribution databases, monitoring distribution status, and identifying opportunities to increase product availability with duty-free retailers globally.

    • You will collaborate closely with customer service colleagues to ensure smooth order handling, and facilitate effective demand planning.

    • Identify and research potential new International Wholesalers.





  1. Supporting the account management of our international distributors:





    • Maintaining and updating sales activity records, market visit reports, and In-Market Sales tools.

    • You will contribute to the development and execution of action plans and joint business plans aligned with the strategic growth framework of Lotus Biscoff.

    • You will collaborate closely with the ID Biscoff marketing team to support commercial initiatives.





  1. Act as the first point of contact for potential new distributors and international wholesalers, including the initial assessment of new business opportunities.


 


To succeed in this role you should have:



  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • First experience in a commercial support, sales support, or business operations role; experience in the FMCG industry is considered a big plus.

  • Analytical mindset and eagerness to develop a solid commercial understanding.

  • Strong sense of ownership, hands-on attitude, and willingness to learn and grow.

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Alignment with our core TOP values: Team Player, Open dialogue, and Passion.

  • Professional proficiency in English is essential.
