SAP HR Compensation Management Consultant (10%)

For an SAP S/4HANA migration programme in Lausanne, we are looking for an experienced SAP HR Compensation Management Consultant. This is a specialised part-time role focused mainly on concept and design activities related to SAP HR Compensation Management within a migration context.

• Provide expert support for SAP HR Compensation Management

• Analyse compensation-related requirements in the context of an SAP migration

• Support concept and design activities for the HR compensation area

• Advise on migration implications for compensation management processes

• Support brownfield or shell-copy migration activities

• Ensure alignment with Swiss compensation-related laws and regulations

• Support discussions around banking-specific compensation processes and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, HR teams and migration specialists

• Expert-level knowledge of SAP HR Compensation Management

• Experience with brownfield or shell-copy SAP migrations

• Strong understanding of HR compensation processes

• Ability to work independently in a specialised advisory role
