SAP IS-H Consultant (Billing & Healthcare)

For our client in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced SAP IS-H Consultant to support ongoing operations, application support activities and process optimization initiatives.

• Support and maintain SAP IS-H solutions in a production environment

• Provide functional support for incidents, service requests and change requests

• Analyze and optimize healthcare-related business processes, with a strong focus on billing and invoicing

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, key users and IT teams

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements

• Ensure smooth operation of healthcare administration and billing processes

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-H

• Strong expertise in SAP IS-H Billing / Invoicing processes

• Experience in application support, operations and functional consulting

• Solid understanding of healthcare and hospital business processes

• Experience with Swiss healthcare billing processes is highly desirable

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and engage with business stakeholders
