About the Opportunity

A major Swiss organisation with a sophisticated technology landscape is looking for an SAP S/4HANA Application Manager to take ownership of its Finance platform.

The business operates within a fast-moving, highly regulated environment where technology supports complex financial processes and continued digital development.

You will take responsibility for the stability, development and lifecycle of the SAP S/4HANA Finance environment, acting as an important link between business teams, internal IT and external technology partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Own and develop the SAP S/4HANA Finance platform.


• Ensure stable operation alongside external partners.


• Manage incidents, changes and releases.


• Deliver SAP projects and improvements.


• Analyse and prioritise business requirements.


• Advise internal teams on SAP processes.


• Coordinate external SAP and hosting partners.


• Support governance, documentation and audits.

Your Profile

• Experience supporting SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.


• Good knowledge of SAP Finance and related processes.


• Experience across FI, CO, Treasury, SD or MM.


• Knowledge of incident, problem and change management.


• Experience working with external SAP partners.


• Financial services experience would be advantageous.


• Relevant IT, Business or Business Informatics education.


• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.


• Professional German and English language skills.
