SAP SuccessFactors PMO

Our client, a leading global multinational information technology services and consulting company,is recruiting for a SAP SuccessFactors PMO to join their business in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• 15 years of project management and PMO leadership experience in the financial industry.

• World class experience in implementing SuccessFactors suite, including modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Interview Scheduling, Data Warehouse, Time Tracking, Talent Market place & Skills, Employee Listening and Case Management

• Deep understanding of HR Operating models and HR Process design.

• Proven track record of successfully leading a multiyear / multimillion Success Factors end -to -end implementation

• SAP certified with several years of technical expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules as well as system integrations with legacy platforms

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all le

Experience required

• Provide comprehensive technical PMO leadership for the implementation of SuccessFactors suite in the financial industry.

• Thought partner with our internal Project teams as well as the designated Implementation partner to ensure the quality of the implementation

• Leverage previous implementation experience to challenge decisions on both functional and technical elements to ensure a state of art implementation

• Coordinate with cross -functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans

• Assist / provide insights in designing HR Operating models and optimizing HR processes as part of the implementation

• Coordinate the configuration of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements

• Support system integration with other legacy HR systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability

• Develop and maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies

• Support training and support to end -users on SuccessFactors functionality.
