Security Project Manager (ISMS)

• Develop project roadmaps, charters, and delivery plans.


• Initiate projects and manage delivery through defined phase gates.


• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, quality, and timelines are met.


• Foster collaboration and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.


• Create and manage project communication plans and success metrics.


• Provide regular project updates to sponsors, steering committees, and stakeholders.


• Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive engagement.


• Manage project risks, issues, changes, assumptions, and dependencies.


• Collaborate with business and IT experts to deliver effective solutions.


• Contribute to project management standards, KPIs, best practices, and process improvements.


• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, standards, and processes.


• Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


• 10+ years of experience in IT project and/or program management.


• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent).


• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and similar project management tools.


• Experience with Information Security, ISMS, or related standards and procedures is highly desirable.


• Experience in the energy and/or trading industry is an advantage.


• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.


• Strong customer focus, organizational skills, collaboration, and results-driven mindset.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
