About the Opportunity

A fast-growing Swiss AI consultancy is looking for a Senior AI Strategy Consultant to help organisations turn AI ambition into practical business impact.

You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders across a variety of industries, helping organisations identify where AI can create value, develop actionable strategies and turn those strategies into successful initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines a strong understanding of AI and analytics with consulting, strategy and client-facing experience. The emphasis is not purely technical — the ability to understand business challenges, communicate AI clearly to non-technical stakeholders and lead clients through adoption is equally important.

Main Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI and analytics strategy.


• Develop AI roadmaps and business use cases.


• Lead strategic workshops with senior stakeholders.


• Translate business challenges into AI initiatives.


• Lead project streams and client engagements.


• Support AI adoption across complex organisations.


• Act as Product Owner or Project Manager for AI solutions.


• Contribute to the continued growth of the consultancy.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience across AI, ML or analytics.


• 4+ years of consulting experience.


• Experience developing and implementing AI strategies.


• Strong understanding of commercial AI use cases.


• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.


• Able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.


• Experience leading projects, workstreams or teams.


• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Professional German and English language skills.


• French language skills would be advantageous.


• Willingness to travel when required.
