Senior AP Accountant (temporary mission, 3 months)

To support our Swiss Accounting team responsible for the financial and accounting operations for Swiss entities, we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland for a:

Senior AP Accountant (temporary mission, 3 months)

Main responsibilities:

• Record vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Collaborate with procurement to resolve any discrepancies and outstanding issues.
• Manage the accounting inbox and vendor communications.
• Reconcile the Supplier statements.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
• Validate employee expenses and credit card transactions.
• Support the finance team with any ad-hoc tasks and closing.

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant education in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Min 5 years’ experience in a similar role (medium size company).
• Knowledge of MS Business Dynamics a very big advantage.
• At ease and experienced with system (ERP) improvements.
• Microsoft Office advanced level.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize activities in a rapid paced and changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of experience of colleagues.

Languages:

• English fluent spoken and writing

• French (minimum B2 mandatory)
