Senior Assistant Legal Asset Management

Aufgaben

Support of the Legal Department team / Responsible for legal and regulatory matters of Asset Management / Storage of physical and electronic contracts and maintenance of investment fund databases for contract management / Administrative activities for the maintenance of investment funds / Control and Management of fund documentation regarding registrations, tax figures, projects / Administration of annual reports / Forwarding of reports to the Senior Management, committees and authorities / Support and coordination of internal and external stakeholders and service providers / Co-organisation of the General Secretariat regarding meetings, video conferences, etc. / Support of group projects of the Legal Department.

Qualifikation

Bachelor in Economic Law or Paralegal studies / Experience in Banking or Asset Management / Interested in funds and securities as well as in the management of funds / Interested in an international activity with organization and coordination / Independent, efficient way of working / Team-oriented and resilient / Quick perception / Discretion and trustworthiness in communication / Confident use of MS Office / German as well as English.
