Your Impact

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audits across IFRS/US GAAP/Lux GAAP, for a large private equity client, ensuring full compliance throughout every engagement phase.
• Coordinate international and shared service teams across Europe, the USA, APAC, and other regions, fostering seamless collaboration and clear communication.
• Create meaningful value for clients, teams, and your own professional growth within a motivated team operating in a dynamic environment.
• Strengthen your stakeholder management capabilities by working across complex, challenging projects and special assurance engagements.
• Build your leadership skills on and off the job through regular, constructive feedback from colleagues and your coach.

Your Skill Set

• Solid expertise in IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards, including hands-on experience with large, listed multinational clients.
• 3–4 years of experience managing and supporting complex, cross-border audit engagements end-to-end in an international environment.
• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Coaching and team development competence, with the ability to guide team members in a global audit context.
