 Your responsibilities will include,  

• Preparation of production campaigns in an cGMP environment in a multidisciplinary team
• Support the execution of the production, including the evaluation of test results and troubleshooting
• Ensuring the release of the produced batches
• Lead various supporting roles to ensure cGMP production such as scouting for technical improvements, training of employees or validation and qualification activities
• Review our production processes and proactively implement opportunities for continuous improvement 

We are looking for someone with: 

• Degree in Life Science (e.g. biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or related fields)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function.
• Willing to make a significant contribution to further development in process transfer
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
