We are now looking for a Senior Business Development & Sales Manager to join our leadership team in Switzerland.
This role is key to drive business growth with new and existing clients.
Your Mission
As Senior Business Development & Sales Manager, you are responsible for winning new clients for CREATEQ's custom software engineering and near-shoring services.
You own the entire commercial lifecycle from first contact to signed contract and work closely with delivery and engineering leadership to shape compelling, realistic and scalable solutions.
You build pipeline through a structured multi-channel go-to-market approach (outbound, inbound follow-up, referrals, partners and selected events) and act as the main commercial interface to prospects and clients.
This is a hands-on new business role with a strong entrepreneurial component and high autonomy.
