Senior Consultant/Consultant (Zürich/remote)

What you do

From hospitality to technology to education, be part of exciting branding and customer experience projects across Europe:

• Involve in the creation of 360-degree components of a brand and customer experience strategy (e.g. brand positioning, customer engagement, physical and digital experience design, etc.)
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of strong brands
• Prepare pixel-perfect and typo-free strategic client presentations
• Facilitate workshops (e.g. clarify challenges, offer key insights)
• Build client relationships and manage day-to-day client contact
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants and designers across the Creative Supply team to ensure alignment and high quality delivery at each project milestone
• Support the business development process (e.g. take the first call with potential clients, support project proposals)

Who you are

• A degree in business / marketing-related discipline
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a consulting firm and/or creative agency, with exposure to project delivery and client management environment
• Strong understanding of creative consultancy, brand strategy development, brand design process, customer experience conception and creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client relationship management, workshop participation and moderation, team meetings
• Analytical, responsible and meticulous
• Proactive, self-motivated and organised with a strong focus on problem solving to deliver impeccable results
• Sound working knowledge of English, French is a plus (any other language is an asset)
• Bonus point: if you are experienced in the hospitality industry
