Senior Customer Success Manager/in

You'll take over ownership for your own customers and manage them along the whole process from ​onboarding to upselling.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility to manage your own customers
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
• Understand clients' goals and develop customized success plans
• Monitor customer usage and proactively increase product adoption
• Collaborate directly with sales and product teams to drive customer satisfaction
• Process feedback from clients to fuel product development
• Advocate for clients' needs and ensure they receive the highest level of support
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts
• Drive the onboarding process for new clients
• Track and report on key customer success metrics

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person, preferably with a background in ​customer success, who is ready to transform the people development industry with us.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or any related field
• 1+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in the B2B SaaS environment
• Fluent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Empathetic and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• A passion for helping clients succeed
• Familiarity with people development or HR software is a plus
