Senior Expert, D&T Plant & Automation

Manage the D&T - IT/OT Factory project portfolio by shaping & capturing demands aligned with business stakeholders and priorities. Deliver the D&T - IT/OT Factory projects (on time, on budget, on scope, risks managed) together with the factory teams and global D&T teams. Provide local support for defined factory and global solutions, ensure SLAs are met, and relevant site Knowledge Base articles are up to date. Play the role of D&T relationship manager with the site, linking with site leadership and contributing to site strategy and bringing IS needs to the global team. For your site, ensure that the ITIL standards around definition and management of IT/OT assets are maintained and that asset inventories are up to date. Coach the site Engineering teams and provide general support on other D&T solutions used in the factory to promote good security practices and D&T practices. Provide functional knowledge to support business objectives (technology watch, best practices) pertaining to your domain, propose and document added value D&T solutions. Role will be approximately 60% support/initiatives and 40% CapEx projects. Experienced in several IT/OT factory projects requiring sound technical understanding.
