Job Description - Senior HR Governance, Risk & Employee Relations Expert (m/f/d)

  • Lead investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters, ensuring that our commitment to ethical conduct, to our Speak Up culture and to our inclusive working environment are upheld to highest standards
  • Play a critical role in ensuring the Group HR operations and processes, in collaboration with the HR Service Delivery team in the Swiss BU and other markets, are set up and run according to the required regulatory and legal requirements
  • Bring broad HR subject matter expertise to support the set up, continuously improve and enhance existing policies, processes and assurance frameworks, while striving for simplification and automation
  • Hands-on expert capable of developing and driving strategic, innovative and tactical support in a number of areas within a complex organization, where influencing and collaboration with people across a diverse, multinational federated organizational structure is critical to get things done
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and extensiveexperiencein related fields
  • Experience in HR operations at a company of similar size and complexity is an advantage
  • Influencing skills and the ability to gain buy-in from various stakeholders at Group, regional and local level
  • Track record of execution focus, strong prioritization, and planning skills
  • Broad experience in HR, ideally in CoE roles as well as HR Business Partner, having been involved in restructuring and change projects of scale
  • Expert in HR investigations in Switzerland, ideally also experience in other jurisdiction
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor law through prior working experience in Switzerland and fluency in German to collaborate with the Swiss BU, authorities in Switzerland such as the Canton ofZurich, FINMA etc.
  • Structured way of working with high-level attention to detail with the ability to clearly define and enforce policies, processes and procedures
  • Collaborative expert able to work successfully across HR to define clear and simple solutions/ processes to deliver results
  • Ability to flex from operational to strategic levels in both management and delivery
  • This is a critical role for Group HR of our client
  • Supporting all areas of HR and the business with expertise around Employee Relations, Risk and Governance related topics
  • Provides the opportunity to interact with all areas of the business including leadership at the headquarter
