You have solid experiences in previous HR Business Partner roles. Agile, curious and responsive, you like to evolve in changing and demanding environments. Listening, rigor and pragmatism are part of your skills. You also have excellent interpersonal skills. You are a good team player, and you aim to build strong and qualitative relationships with your stakeholders. You have a strong business acumen. You are fluent in both English and French.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Human Resources Director HQ & Workshops, your mission will be to implement the Maison’s HR policy of your scope in close collaboration with the business stakeholders and HR community, to ensure the Maison’s growth and to promote on a daily basis its values. You will be a genuine local Business Partner.

Within the respect of the culture, values and HR strategy of the Maison and taking into consideration its main challenges and priorities:

• You will contribute to define the HR strategy and manage its implementation.
• You will support the organizational growth in regard to the Maison’s needs.
• You will manage HR development activities: talent acquisition plan, onboarding, skills assessment, career committees, etc…
• You will manage and ensure the implementation of the compensation policy and HR aspects of the budget cycles.
• You will be responsible of legal or conventional measures in terms of labor laws and anticipate legal and social impacts.
• You will lead various cross-functional projects with different stakeholders of the Maison.
• You'll support your team in prioritizing and coordinating their missions, and oversee the development of their skills.

This position requires frequent business trips.
