Who you are:


As Senior Investment Solutions Sales, you are a senior commercial “hunter” responsible for acquiring new B2B clients and driving multi-product adoption across GenTwo’s offerings. You combine deep market credibility with disciplined execution and are comfortable owning complex, high-trust sales processes.

This role is for someone who can open doors, create conviction with senior stakeholders, and close deals – without hiding behind complexity or internal dependencies.



Your tasks & responsibilities:


New Business & Commercial Execution – Platform-aware selling mindset
  • Win new client relationships in Switzerland and internationally through structured prospecting, senior-level conversations, and disciplined qualification.
  • Lead complex sales processes end-to-end: discovery, solution design, internal alignment, negotiation, and closing within defined commercial boundaries.
  • Position GenTwo’s investment solutions across asset classes and structures, translating client needs into scalable, repeatable offerings.
Client Activation & Expansion – Scalability
  • Ensure clean client onboarding pre-handover by setting clear expectations, aligning internal stakeholders, and driving early product activation.
  • Increase revenue per client through cross-sell and multi-product adoption while respecting ownership models and handovers.
Sales Discipline & Market Feedback – Data- and AI-supported
  • Own a high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting and “push-button” CRM hygiene, leveraging CRM data, pipeline insights and AI-supported tools.
  • Actively feed market insights back into sales plays, GTM execution, and offering development.

    What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)
    • You manage a predictable, high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities.
    • You have closed multiple new clients and driven meaningful product adoption.
    • You are trusted internally as a senior commercial sparring partner.
    • You operate independently, reliably, and with strong judgement.




What you bring:


Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in structured products, securitization/SPVs, capital markets, asset management, banking, or adjacent institutional B2B environments.
  • Strong existing network among banks, asset managers, wealth managers, family offices, or crypto/institutional players.
  • Proven track record of winning new B2B clients in complex, trust-based sales.
  • Ability to explain complex structures clearly and confidently to senior decision-makers.
  • High commercial maturity: disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and ownership of outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building conviction without “perfect” inputs.
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a strong plus.
  • Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required.

  • You are looking for short, transactional sales cycles.
  • You rely heavily on inbound leads or marketing-driven deal flow.
  • You prefer account administration over new business acquisition.
  • You are uncomfortable with complexity, ambiguity, or senior stakeholders.
