Senior Management Consultant in life science

We are rapidly expanding our life sciences industry team and are excited to welcome experienced talents eager to advance their careers in management consulting.

Role and responsibilities

As part of our life sciences industry team, you will:

• Work directly with clients and colleagues to plan and execute projects
• Prepare proposals and develop the life sciences consulting business
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Execute projects independently and as part of a team, occasionally acting as project lead
• Organise, structure, and conduct analyses
• Prepare and facilitate workshops
• Create and deliver presentations

We are looking for someone with:

• 4-8 years of relevant consulting experience in operations within the life sciences industry
• Previous experience as a line manager in a GMP environment or as an internal consultant working with operational excellence in the life sciences sector
• A master's degree from a leading university
• Strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence
• Strong implementation skills
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken German (C1) and English
• Willingness to travel
• A bold and innovative mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo
