Are you passionate about Fashion Retail and Visual Marketing We are looking for a dedicated Manager to develop and execute Visual Marketing and Window Concepts. Your mission
- Responsible for the decorative and sales-promoting design of shop windows and all other staging areas within the P&C stores.
- Developing, planning, and coordinating seasonal concepts and projects in close collaboration with the central departments.
- Creatively developing the design of new and remodeled stores.
- Ensuring quality control and reviewing the implemented visual marketing concepts.
- Creating creative and appealing brand and product presentations for individual product worlds.
- Handling reporting, research, benchmarking, and presentation preparation, as well as coordinating with external agencies.
- Creating presentations and guidelines.
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on marketing, design, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a comparable qualification in the field of visual marketing in fashion retail.
- Strong taste and aesthetic, showcasing a distinctive personality with stakeholder management and orientation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative, coupled with self-organization and excellent communication skills.
- Competency in the use of digital tools such as MS Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of production processes is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
